I visit an elderly friend every Thursday and for past two years have been using the golden Fry to get her a special fish and two fritters. I CANNOT understand why this chippy has so many shockingly bad reviews so decided to do what I never do, that is leave a review. The special fish is huge, crispy and one of the most perfect fish suppers I’ve ever had. Absolutely not greasy at all. The staff in the shop are lovely, polite and when I phone to place the order every Thursday for collection they answer immediately. Please, don’t be put off by previous reviews and give them a try. You’ll not regret it.

Quick Delivery. Pizza is always nice and warm on arrival and delicious. Sometimes if ordering later at night the fish and chips does seem to have been sitting a long time and not as fresh as it could be, I understand it may be later on at night ordering but if your paying for something you do want it to be just made rather than sitting a long time and going hard and stale.

I would say this chip shop is really really good, the chips, fritters, sausage rolls are all really good, but one thing I would was a bit bad was when my curry sauce was watery, over all very good.
